Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

The Congress is expecting to host around 3,000 participants and is the main global conference on computational mechanics.  For those wishing to become a Sponsor, there are several Sponsor Packages below to choose from. Exhibitor information is also provided below.  In addition, a number of items are offered that may be added to a Sponsorship Package or Exhibitor space.  

To secure a sponsorship or exhibitor space, please complete the online WCCM2024 Intent Form.  This information will then be used to generate an invoice.

Sponsor Packages

Platinum Sponsor – USD $20,000

• Welcoming and closing remarks: The sponsor will be mentioned in both the welcoming and closing remarks and the logo will be prominently displayed on the screens.

• Logo on congress website and program.

• Social media: The sponsor will be mentioned on IACM social media.

• Full-page advertisement describing the organization in the congress program.

• One advertising insert in registration packet. Insert to be provided by vendor. 

• Sponsorship of the welcoming reception or banquet.

• Sponsorship of one coffee break: Breaks include AM and PM breaks Monday, July 22 through Friday, July 26, 2024 – Logo and/or materials provided by the sponsor before June 15, 2024, will be prominently displayed.

• Sponsorship of travel awards: e.g. Early Career Researcher, Women in Computational Mechanics, etc. The organization will be explicitly mentioned as a sponsor.

• Access to CVs of job applicants participating at the congress.

• Two complementary conference registrations.

• Two exhibition booth spaces.

Gold Sponsor – USD $15,000

• Welcoming and closing remarks: The sponsor will be mentioned in both the welcoming and closing remarks and the logo will be prominently displayed on the screens.

• Logo on congress website and program.

• Social media: The sponsor will be mentioned on IACM social media.

• Half-page advertisement describing the organization in the congress program or inserts included in registration packet (Inserts to be provided by vendor)
